And those damned unions! Invading the private affairs of companies!

I read that several leftist groups supported Operation Rescue in this case. They knew full well that RICO could be aimed at them just as easily.
"THE" plus "IRS" makes "THEIRS". Coincidence? I think not.

The whole point is that they aren't peaceful. If all they did was stand and quietly stare at people, I wouldn't have a problem.

I guess they know more about RICO than I do. I yield to their authority.

Peaceful protesting is fine but people who deliberately attempt to intimidate and harass people trying to enter an abortion clinic, are not being peaceful.

I'm all for free speech but you cross the line when you try to inflict your views on others.

Pity the issues get confused when you get things tied up like this.

              St. Leo-

So a white man cannot stand with the black? Was the movement of Martin Luther King for blacks only? If the unborn child is a human person, then any other citizen should be able to defend the rights of said people.

Peaceful protesting is fine but people who deliberately attempt to intimidate and harass people trying to enter an abortion clinic, are not being peaceful.

              Define your terms demerzal:

Intimidate, harassment, inflict your views on others.

I agree that prolifers do need to be careful around abortion clinics, but one should be able to stand and hand pamphlets to women walking into the clinic, they should also be able to stand with sandwich boards protesting abortion.

These allowances balance the right to substantive free speech with the security of the women.

It's funny how "pro-lifers" seem to care more about the unborn than the living.
To us, it is the BEAST.

Ever see a union picket line? They are just are 'hostile' as MOST pro-lifers (especially if you try to cross the line).

I don't think we should send the unions away, though, do you?
