  • What are synonmys to the word "show"? HELP!

My )(*&!#&()(&!## history teacher says that the word "show" is unacademic, so instead of using the word 'show' when apropriate I must pick some completley inapropriate word so it is academic!

SO far the ones I am using are:

    Reveals
    Demonstrates
    Makes clear

I need more though........anyone else have any synonyms for show(s)?

      Hmm banana?
I will never understand why some people on Apolyton find you so clever. You're predictable, mundane, and a google-whore and the most observant of us all know this. Your battles of "wits" rely on obscurity and whenever you fail to find something sufficiently obscure, like this, you just act like a 5 year old. Congratulations, molly.

            Illuminates.

Only the liberal arts could the word "show" be "unacademic."

                not entirely:

                Show (Verb)

                show, exhibit, display

You can't give the same word as the definition.

We just take the thread in a different direction.
