Some kind of neural interface thinginabobber that lets me scan books/movies/etc. in an instant, allowing me to read/view/whatever them at my leisure and also allowing me to process them at vastly increased speeds.
Also a drunk-chip -- flip it on, and you're anything from tipsy to smizzashed. Cheap, and no hangover. A must-have for anybody who's ever been knurd.
Oh yeah, and ocular implants. I hate contact lenses, and besides, it'd be cool to be able to see in infrared.<p style="font-size:1024px">HTML is disabled in signatures
