Getting drunk isn't the only way to use alcohol. I only drink to get a buzz. No more than 3 beers is all I need. I feel like I'm in much better control, yet loose enough to be more relaxed. And no I don't rely on alcohol to relax. I really don't need to relax all that often because I don't have a stressful life or job.
