Yes, the Eagles and Falcs have all those SB victories to remem.....er, ..... ah, ...never mind.
But you are too old to remember the Giants victories.

Just ONCE... I would love to see a real QB lead the Bears out onto the Field. McMahon has been the best we can do in the modern era... sigh... Kramer wasn't the answer... and while I will give credit to Miller for at least getting people excited to play for him, he still is average at best... sigh...Keep on Civin'

With last years offensive line... and a running game, he proved to be above average. He didn't get sacked to often, and he could move the ball... However, he wasn't really a deep threat... and the Bears need that to make the offense click. I like his guts, and the fact that the team plays their heart out for him... but he just isn't that good. sigh...Keep on Civin'

but I felt he was a deep threat. His arm may have not been the greatest. But I remember a few long pass plays to their rookie Wide Reciever (last year) whos name I cannot remember right now.
I remember that because I had Chicago's rookie wide reciever on my fantasy team. I think I had Jim Miller too.
It's the offensive coordinators fault for not calling more long passing plays or creating them.

He really can't throw too deep. And with his bad shoulder this year, nothing farther than 20 yards is really feasible. And the other team KNOWS it. sigh...
Maybe next year our injured players will come back and we will be competitive agian... but it is just embarassing to watch this year... in every game for awhile... then toastKeep on Civin'

Getting rid of Chandler is key... he's in retirement mode at best... screw him. We need to pick up a Free agent QB, and some young stud to sit on the bench and learn for the future. Miller would be a perfect BACK UP...
But Chicago has NEVER been known for Quality QB's... sigh...Keep on Civin'

There are no good free agents if you ask me. There is a QB shortage right now. And its bound to get worse.
Perhaps they can pickup someone like Marc Bulger or Kurt Warner (just a hunch), but I can't see either one doing well in Chicago.
Their best bet is a rookie. But the problem is they also need a running back for the future. I don't think they have that yet. A-train isn't it imho. They need someone like Ladanian Tomlinson. That guy is amazing.
Until then expect chicago to suck

well they would have to do better than what they have already. And a beefed up Offensive line would help a lot. Maybe they could get a consistant running game. But it would still be nice to have someone like Tomlinson. I was so impressed with what he did against Denver. But they can't really afford both a RB and a QB. So an investment into a good offensive line is more feasible.
