  • An "assumption" isn't arbitrary when it's backed up by a sound justification, Fez. Your behavior is inconsistent, therefore you are irrational. It's a simple deduction.

    • You do not have sound justifications. My behavior is not inconsistent because it just ****ing isn't and I am not irrational.

This is an example of unjustified (in this case arbitrary) gainsaying. Logically demonstrate where my justifications are unsound, otherwise you're just uselessly contradicting me.

The bolded part of your statement is a fine example of an "unsound justification." Arbitrarily declaring that your behavior is consistent does not make it so. Instead, in order to show that your behavior is consistent, you should either follow my advice above (provide a logical demonstration of where my justifications for your inconsistency are unsound), or you should offer an objective justification for your apparent inconsistencies. Your authority as a debater is not so overwhelmingly great that I'm going to simply take your word for it that you're behaving consistently, no matter how many naughty words you use in a sentence.

The second part of your statement is, as above, nothing more than an unjustified contradiction of what I've said.

          • How is it bullcrap, Fez? Where have I erred in my assessment? I'd be willing to reassess your worth if you could show that you were, in fact, not being inconsistent, but thus far you've loath to do so...

                        Well, maybe just a bit...

I'm just tired of Fez pulling this bull**** "you have no right to force your opinions on me" routine on every single thread he joins in. If he thinks that he is such a vastly superior human being that his opinions are the only ones that may be voiced, then so be it--I just want him to admit it and be done with it. But all too often he takes this "everybody's picking on me" attitude, and I honestly don't know if he really truly believes that he ****s angels or if he just does it to get a rise out of people. I'm hoping for his sake that he's really nothing more than a troll (I mean, who could honestly be that obtuse?), but who can say for certain...

I'm kinda giving Gianfez the benefit of the doubt here, because if he's not being irrational then he's being a jerk. He keeps insisting that he's completely rational, though, and I think that I'm beginning to believe him.

Once again, you're being a rude little sh*t Fez. Try and have some respect for people who happen to have different beliefs and opinions than you.

                            • The Judeo-Christian perception of God likely doesn't exist. But nobody can say God doesn't or does exist. IMO, you shouldn't believe in anything you don't know is true (or a theory/idea that doesn't have loads of evidence supporting it). The only things I believe as truth is that "I exist", "I don't know why I exist", "I don't know the nature of my existence, i.e. if I was created by a being, or if I'm just a random occurance". It is foolish to believe in any religion as truth. I don't need a god to teach me morals, and I think its sad that god is the reason people defend their morals.
