      • For school - its a private school.

One thing some people found funny is because its a catholic school you get school fee discounts based on the number of children you send - fourth child onwards goes for free

        • nonononono, what grade of school.

You said you needed to enroll then now for waiting lists, but that doesn't reveal whether you are enrolling them for this fall, next fall, high school or maybe adult classes in womens studies (which they will need if you enroll them to a all-male school now, of course )

            • This school starts the boys from year 4 which is 10 years old. They have a junior and a senior school all on one campus.

                  • how about this: enroll them up until High School, and let them make their own decision for that?

                    • Well, the poll speaks for itself. AH asked and the people answered.

So now that the overwhelming majority of people think that they should go to a non sausage fest school, what is your decision AH?

If we assume that 80% of boys belong to the SP group, and 80% of all girls belong to the IF group, diving up SP-tailored education to all boys and IF-tailored education to all girls would give 80% education tailored to their character, instead of the 40% we currently have... Right?
Not necessarily. Can you honestly say that current schools are tailer to girls and girls alone?

Right now it's a hybrid in most places. At least that's how it was when I was in California and up in Canada. I certainly didn't have a problem with the quality of education, I'm in higher learning and not a tradeschool like blackice says guys go to now.

I'm one of those people who'd be harmed by going to an all-boys school. I never played, or had a desire to play, school sports, and much of my friends are female.

I feel that Horsie is closing off options to his kids by sending them to a school where they only have male classmates and where school sports are mandatory.

A: have no idea what Asher is talking about
B: Should avoind the word "opinion" as you don't seem to grasp the meaning of it.
I thank you for your “opinions” as useless as it is you have a right to it. You should avoid the word avoind as it is not a word to begin with.

I totally understand what Asher said. I look at it the same way you do with your last post to him. Taking the studies further to examine the differences in gender learning is a must. He was not up to that challenge because he simply refuses to understand there are differences in gender.

From learning to health to deny that is to not accept reality or any concrete study done in the field. Then to have the "opinion" that gender studies are "stereotyping" shows exactly where he stands on the issue of gender in general.

The studies that have been done specifically in that area are clear. There are differences some believe enough to warrant change to same sex classes. The research done in all male and female school speaks volumes.

While Dr. Asher did some good Google searches to find his information he neglected to include the gender issue. That is the topic and if you are going to state your “opinion” is fact it must represent the topic at hand. Other than that what good is the information?

Presenting a total farce did not help, he claimed the site was to defend and compliment what he said as fact. The reality was it was about off campus learning. The conclusion to the study was they needed to study it more. WTFWT a ruse is all. It had nothing to do with the topic all male or same sex schooling. I also presented a link to show what he is saying is good if applied. The problem is it’s not being applied. Those studies also note that there is a difference in the genders learning abilities. So you are wrong again, do I do my victory dance or what ever it is you think I do now?

                              Or do we?

                              • So what about Drake's question, AH? Are you going to follow the collective wisdom of 'poly and keep the little guys in the general population or are you going to send them into an artificial reality where they will learn social skills for a world which will no longer exist for them when they graduate?

[no bias in that question. ]
