There is no reason why these meanings cannot be recorded on a computer.
-They can not be recorded in another language.
Most french talk in french forums, greeks in greek, italians in italian etc etc etc.
-And the Finns talk on everyone's forums
"The purpose of studying economics is not to acquire a set of ready-made answers to economic questions, but to learn how to avoid being deceived by economists."
-Joan Robinson
The language of the US nearly became German though. One has to wonder how history would have turned out then.
Anyway as someone once said, "The limits of my language are the limits of my world." or something like that (the quote is translated).

For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio

Not so... If world is emotions.
A farmer who can't express and elaborate in words his joy from say his daughter getting married, does not mean he has no such feelings of joy.
As a side note again he can express his joy in other ways. Dance, singing etc.

is that not body language?
Well the term "body language" is usually used to characterize the "messages" your body sents through its stance etc.
There's also a very good book about it but I forgot the title.
For example if you see one sitting withdrawn to his chair with his head a bit lowered and his eyes not looking to his conversator you can know few things about who dominates the conversation (which is not a good thng per se) and who will be more prompt to accept another one's argument than vice versa.
Usually the term body language is used to portray the messages a body sents.
If a woman has her hands on her closed legs when talking to someone, or not...
all those for the most time convey some messages about how one is feeling in a particular instance about another. (open/closed/suspicious/trusting etc)
But say dancing I think is something different although it too conveuys messages but maybe it would be better classified as "pure expression" maybe?
yeah, we're on a slippery slope with that, defining body language.
but as i understand it, the quote is more referring to the fact that what he can comprehend, he can label in some manner. it doesn't have to be a spoken language, but it's some language in his mind which labels and categorizes everything.
If the quote doesn't mean language (as in knowledge of words and ability to express yourself in speach or writing) but inner "language" as in ability to conceive/interpret things (for lack of the precise word in english ) then I think it's correct

Not really, especially with a language like english with so many synonyms with slightly different shadings of meaning. Remember that thread a while ago where one of polys females asked us what males meant exactly by cute, beautiful, hot etc. etc. since she couldn't figure it out
