      I wonder what the cost of upkeep on that sign is. They should build another one right next to it that monitors the electrical usage and updates it's own display showing the value of it and each American's share.

      We could pay that one off in no time...

                    ANKARA, Turkey (AP) - Turkey has agreed to back the United States if it takes military action to topple Saddam Hussein ( news - web sites) but has asked that Washington write off $5 billion in debt and guarantee that Kurds would not be given an independent state, according to news reports Wednesday.
