In Lithuania there are 8.7% of Russians, mostly the ones that were brought in to Russify the country by the commies.

Litwa (Lithuania) was a part of Polish(-Lithuanian) state for centuries and Wilno/Vilnius was
one of major centres of Polish(-Lithuanian) culture. Lithuania doesn't want to have anything to
