watch out for croatia-italy we re going to trash some italian ass
Sorry, but that was too funny!
Our Nesta and Cannavaro will probably eat your Suker for dinner, than Vieri will prepare the dessert

vieri is overrated, and suker has a slightly different role then usuall, you ll see what I mean when the game start
btw how did italy play this morning? did they buy the TV rights or not?
They didn't play very good to say the truth:
Totti played maybe 70-80% of his possibilities and Trapattoni decided to go with a 4-3-1-2 with Panucci( ) rather than the usual 3-4-1-2, I guess is trying to find a way to use as few midfileder as possible!
Oh.. BTW it was 2-1 for us, Inzaghi (injured) and Vieri scored.
how about Croatia?
I personally don't think you'll be as strong as in France '98, Boban is missing, You didn't selected Tudor, and Boksic is not the same of 4 years ago!
Do you have some hidden very skillful player somewhere?

italy has a terribly good defense but so is croatian (only 3 goals in quali I think)
it will be a boring trench warfare game with lots of interruptions (I hope no penals) and lots of chaos in the middle field where croatia is weak, so if totti is back its going to play in our half mostly

Croatia won't beat Italy. But Turkey will beat Brazil.
That would be a perfect world

but in the end, we will win
Italy had good defense since the English teached us how to play football
I think one guy we'll have to lookout in the Croatian team is Vugrinec, he's strange player, sometimes he plays awesome, sometimes you just want to strangle him (froma supporter poin of view )

On the Italy debate, Nesta and Cannavaro are world class and a front three of Totti, Vieri, Del Piero/Inzaghi will score for fun their midfield is adequate, the lack of a real playmaker and a tough ballwinner (Tommasi and Di Bagio are not top ballwinners IMHO) could scupper them. But look at the draw and you'll see they have a ridiculously easy route to the final (Argentina, France, Brazil and England are in the other half of the draw), only a possible semi with Portugal or Spain could casue problems, but they could comfortably beat them.
