For those who aspire to live in a high cost, high tax, big government place, our nation and the world offers plenty of options. Vermont, Canada and Venezuela all offer you the opportunity to live in the socialist, big government paradise you long for. –Senator Rubio
But I'm wondering why so many people hated Blair Witch? I thought it was a hell of a movie.
In a good horror movie, the rush you feel comes from an empathetic fear for the hero, praying s/he can escape and/or vanquish the evil monster.
In Blair Witch, you pray that not only the Witch but all the Unholy Powers of Hell will show up and please, please kill these hideously boring, unbearably whiny protagonists, so we can all go get a beer already.
That's my reason, anyway.
BTW, agree with your comments on Pulp Fiction, Malkovich, and especially Election (one of the funniest films I've seen in a long time). And Resevoir Dogs? I actually think it's a stronger film than Pulp Fiction! Some interesting tastes here, that's for sure.

Mars attacks. AWFUL.
Idle hands was pretty bad too.

Mystery Men
Freddy Got Fingered.

"I thought you must be dead ..." he said simply. "So did I for a while," said Ford, "and then I decided I was a lemon for a couple of weeks. A kept myself amused all that time jumping in and out of a gin and tonic."
Scary Movie was absolutely horrible too. you had to either be drunk or high to think it was funny.

Freddy Got Fingered was even worse than Battlefield Earth.
There's no doubt in my mind that Freddy Got Fingered is the worst.

Let us not forget the complete sh*t that was Pearl Harbor (I'll use the American spelling, I wouldn't want to use our spelling and have it associated with this country ).
Another film which I thought was a pile of **** was Starship Troopers. Completely rubbed me up the wrong way, and I thought it was crap.
And those Scary Movie films, never seen one, although I must admit I have avoided them like gonorrhoea.
