Well, personally, I could never really beat anyone up... but I rememver always clashing with the guy who's locker was next to mine. He was the "star" in my high school, on the basjetball team, and the best player on the high school team. I was onw of the shortest kids freshman year when everyone takes gym and we were in the same class. Multiple times he would say stuff to me, and I wouldn't back down, I just came back at him, and I remember a bunch of the other guys kept telling me that eventually he was gonna kick my ass, hmmm, never did happen... although we were in a few shoving matches...

Anyways, I think this one fits better for AS

anyway, the only people who are really nerds are people who don't have the confidence so say they are nerds... and so far the only one who hasn't said they are a nerd in this thread is speer himself

Ok...here's a woman's perspective. First off why did you naturaly assume that nerds are dirty? That one I didn't quite understand. As a woman I have always been attracted to the bad boy types....we all usually are but when that phase wore off I found that the nerds were really the ones I found most attracted to. If they happened to fit the bad boy motif then fine.

Even while I was in high school, and while in high school I might add that yes.....while I'm not proud of it I was one of those girls on the "A" list......I still found myself attracted to the underdog nerd type. I found thier sincerity and shyness quite charming and aluring.

In fact just as recently as 2 years ago I found myself quite attracted to a "nerd" type. Yes he was quite and shy and very, very intelligent. But that's what I found so attractive about him. Plus he had long hair so that was a plus! And no he wasn't dirty!

I have to agree with Ramo. Why sterotype someone for being different. The Bill Gates reference should be a perfect example for you. And if you really look at it which ones are the ones that always get the girl in the end?? Is it the bad boy type..........nope it's usually the nerd underdog type because when it's all said and done at the end of the day we want someone we can have an intelligent conversation with and who will love us and who isn't going to be more high maintainence then we are Besides it's been my expierence that the nerds are better providers then most, they usually will have the kick a$$ jobs.

So if they want to be nerds......let them. If they are happy then what's the problem, besides I can guarntee you they will always have more women then you any day of the week
