10-6 after the first day. That sure sucked.
Biggest problem is losing USC in the Final Four...good thing I don't have that pick in the money pool.
With one Final Four gone already, and the other three slots pretty much consensus picks, good chance I get boxed out after the next round or two.

I'm also glad that in the money pools, I went with my head instead of my heart like I did in the Apolyton pool

And the only good thing I can say after the first day is...

Your head must suck too, since in our money pool I'm 14-2 and you're a pathetic 9-7. You must be talking about a different pool

I'd like to say it's early and I can still kick your butt in this one, but besides losing all those games yesterday, I've already lost 5 teams in the next round.

Thank god for the money pools.

why do you pick different teams if you think that one of them is going to win, and then pick the team you had losing in a different pool?

yeah, but what about next week? you have kansas going all the way, after that scare HC gave them plus having one of your starters out, things don't look quite as good for kansas

14-2?! Great Scott, man! How in the name of Steve Yzerman did you manage to swing that?

What two did you get wrong, anyway?

                      • Gonzaga and USC, which was ok, because in that pool, everyone had gonzaga and only one person didn't have USC.

I did three pools with different picks.
                        That one I did great.
my other money pool i was 11-5
and fortunately this was the one i went 9-7 or whatever.

I'm sure today will bring new surprises. but the one i did 14-2 in the closest other person was 11-5

                        • Holy blue f***, that's quite a lead.

As poorly as I did the first day, I'm still sitting pretty in my money pool. A few people have the same Final Four as I do, but I didn't see anyone who had it play out the same way.

Of course, if Kansas doesn't get their crap together, I might be in deep doodoo.

And there is always one Final Four team I lose in the first round... look out, Oklahoma.
