Solver- the 'last' time- heck the last time was tame compared to previous elections- (that now live in infamy)...

Last time, Locutus presented a reasonable appeal that I'm still considering, but still don't know how to best handle.

And ming respectfully started a thread in a section that I hadn't.

And you... well- you never cause me headaches, so there's not much to say there
    -
In times past, between flames with posters and arguments with Locutus/Ming, running the hall has been one disaster after another!

Nah... I think I'll put in some real votes later. In an on-topic forum for my +1 of course.

I think that opinion in the United States is decidedly different from the rest of the world because we have a free press -- by free, I mean a virgorously presented right wing point of view on the air and available to all.- Ned

Hmm... why didn't I get in there? I used to be quite a player
Author of the Civwars Saga... owner of the strange world of the Mod Asylum... and creator of an alternative Off Topic Forum after the great mass banning (which was a failed social experiment... but still). I had a small part to play in Apolyton history.

Hey, how come I never get picked for any of these lists?
                          HAVE A DAY.
<--- Quote by Former U.S. President Theodore "Teddy" Roosevelt
"And there will be strange events in the skies--signs in the sun, moon, and stars. And down here on earth the nations will be in turmoil, perplexed by the roaring seas and strange tides. The courage of many people will falter because of the fearful fate they see coming upon the earth, because the stability of the very heavens will be broken up. Then everyone will see the Son of Man arrive on the clouds with power and great glory. So when all these things begin to happen, stand straight and look up, for your salvation is near!" --Luke 21:25-28
For the Lord himself will come down from heaven with a commanding shout, with the call of the archangel, and with the trumpet call of God. First, all the Christians who have died will rise from their graves. Then, together with them, we who are still alive and remain on the earth will be caught up in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air and remain with him forever. --1 Thessalonians 4:16-17

                              ok

"Monk is a Dane who comes from Denmark. His name isn't Rasmussen, which means he can't become the prime minister, but he can still become an astronaut, a lion tamer or otherwise famed for his cocksmanship. He has posted in Apolyton for a very very very very very long time but hasn't yet died or been severely incapacitated, and can gallop merrily through voluminous fields of sunflowers. I once had a Monk in my left big toe, but it slowly got better. In conclusion, the world isn't usually harmed by his presence, and this essay has 100 words now."
"Spirit merges with matter to sanctify the universe. Matter transcends to return to spirit. The interchangeability of matter and spirit means the starlit magic of the outermost life of our universe becomes the soul-light magic of the innermost life of our self." - Dennis Kucinich, candidate for the U. S. presidency
"That’s the future of the Democratic Party: providing Republicans with a number of cute (but not that bright) comfort women." - Adam Yoshida, Canada's gift to the world
