It was rational, while Ukraine was one of the four mebers of the economic treaty about united economic space between four countries, we have signed recently.

Actually election monitors certified the election in Afghanistan as open and honest. The Afghan election was very fair and very honest. No it was rational cause youve got plenty of Natural Gas, and if you dont sell it to them, you wont increase sales anywhere else, and the lower the price the more they will use.

a country thats growing rapidly can afford an increase in debt. Polands growth is broadbased, and appears to be sustainable.

It's very weird logic, if you ask me. So if you have a stokpile of a thousand units of something, which worth a thousand dollars and you have buyers who are ready to by 500 of your units for a price of 500 $, it means you have to sell the rest for a price of 10$, right?

Bs. They live in debt. IIRC, they don't have the surplus to repay their growing debt. Thier growth is a bubble.

Btw, can you PLEASE provide the info about the percentage of unemployed in Poland for 1989 and 2003 accordingly? I heard thier unemplyement rate was about zero in 1989 and about 20% now. I guess its another sign of prosperous economy, right?
