Food is good. I don't mind bad food, so long as its hot. I find that most of the places claiming to sell good food are generally lying though. And in the end, as long as I have some food I'm happy.Concrete, Abstract, or Squoingy?

Pathmark and ShopRite are thriving (as is A&P, which you didn't mention), ACME is fading, Shop&Stop is making inroads, I've heard of ShopnBag and Giant (but have never seen them), and I don't know the others.No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.Comment

I'm hungry. I had two grilled cheese and tomato sandwiches, but I'm still hungry. I thought because were are broke that I was gonna go off the Atkins, but two days of non-stop heartburn cured me of that. I'm just gonna have to eat less. The problem is, after having real bread for a few days, I have to go back to this dry sponge bread substitute.

I'd have to chug it all day and night. I used to have to take a pepcid or zantac before going to bed, but I haven't needed them for a while and haven't bought anymore. I have Pepto Bismol and Mylanta, but I don't want to have to take more every few hours.
