      Kerry's in the lead with 17-15 now.

      Interestingly, I've heard alot people say they're gonna vote Kerry, but think that Bush will win, but very few the opposite. There is something to that liberals=pessimists thing, methinks.

      Naturally, I've always prefered pessimists, so I'm rooting for Kerry, but expecting Bush to win. Pathetic, isn't it?

        I was ssaying it tongue in cheek i.e. troll mode, but their are any number of studies that show the same.

          I think it's more the fact that Bush has (pretty much) always been ahead in the polls.

            And very little understanding about how things play out with the public/undecided voters. Bush is just at the beginning of a PR nightmare and almost no one here realizes it.

                            Kerry with a 5%+ lead in popular votes, and 100+ point lead in electoral votes.
