I take my hat off to Gangerolf. It is indeed the Queen Mary
Now I can go to bed.
I don't think my photo is the mirrored one. I've actually seen the original photo which is much bigger, covering a large part of the horizon and including several other ships. The photo I posted is a very small portion of it.
NB: Patroklos - the Inflexible was not sunk IIRC.Only feebs vote.

Cathedral of Cologne, I am pretty sure that panther had just wasted a Sherman before getting stopped by a mobility kill."The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. Seriously.

I saw it on TV once, had to be years ago. I guess Panther+Gothic Cathedral pulled the memory.
Let me see what pictures I can find..."The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. Seriously.

Your right, it was the Invincible I was thinking of, same class. You know, one of the few survivors from the Invincible attended the launching of her namesake in 1980 IIRC.
BTW that was an excellent pic Gangerolf, something that people are likely to have seen.Only feebs vote.

I take that picture out of contentionbecause it was too vague. But by all means try."The DPRK is still in a state of war with the U.S. It's called a black out." - Che explaining why orbital nightime pictures of NK show few lights. Seriously.
