The movie isn't for them. It's an attempt to preach to the chior.

Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...
The 911 massacre was very tastefully handled, IMO.

Bull****. Absolute, 100% bull****. It is for every American to see. While it has a leftist tone to it, it has information that many people don't see, because it certainly isn't given in the "liberal" media.
The purpose of the movie is to question the authority, something which every American has a right to and which the right wing and the Administration has tried to prevent.
The reason so many righties have been protesting, boycotting, and trying to get this movie censored and banned is because it lets the general public know many things that they would otherwise be ignorant of.
The right fears this movie, and Michael Moore, because it is one of the few vocal challanges to an otherwise blissful monopoly. The right has the Executive, Legistlative, and Judicial brances, most of the Governorships, many state legislatures, and a very large number of the people in power in the economic sector. This movie wants to get people to think and see that all this control may not be in the best interest of the American people.
That, my friend, is why this movie is 100% for every man, woman, and child.

Hey, wait a minute -- I hate to appear to be siding with the conservative thugs here, but I got a quibble now.
Liberals and others have lambasted Bush for using humor in a public appearance not too long ago and then they lambasted the Bush campaign for using 9/11 in one of its ads.
So how is it different from Moore using 9/11 images for his own interest from that of Bush using images of 9/11 for his own interest??

Actually, it's for the undecided middle.
Given the outlandish claims it contains, I doubt that very much.

I nearly cried when that poor Lipscomb woman was having hysterics over the loss of her son – no thanks to that insensitive ***** who had a go at her.
On the other hand, I nearly died laughing at the Taliban diplomat's response to that female reporter.
I don't think it's meant to be an extended argument in opposition to Bush, rather an attempt to show people just what they've signed up for.

Mr. Fun just found out the moral to the story... Congrats free thinker.

Not really. From everything I've read the movie, the movie doesn't really seem to be aimed at the mythical "common" man. Hero worship to the contrary.

Don't give us that trash. The administration's lies and distortions about the justification for the war are far worse than anything Moore might have done. After all no-one has been maimed or killed watching Moore's film.
No Bush supporter has any business accusing anyone else of propagating lies.
You lost all the arguments some time ago and it's time to realize they took you for saps.

So then you agree with me that Bush's use of 9/11 images was hardly anymore ethical then?
I wouldn't say that there is an ethics problem using pictures of a recent event in any ad or movie. The point I'm making is that conclusions are being drawn using material that is naturally emotional. All propaganda uses it, whether it be a campaign commercial of Mom and Apple Pie, the WTC tragedy, or cryptic music in a movie. Both parties, Moore and Bush, have used icons to influence others.
It's up to you to see through what you are seeing and what they want you to see. Moore wants you to see a tragedy based around incompetance and corruption, Bush wants you to see a tragedy and how well he thinks he dealt with it.
Is this manipulation unethical? Remember there is a difference between making an argument with imagery and showing imagery with an argument.
Chew on that awhile. No politico is ever totally "clean".
