A husband and wife who are school teacher and at the top of their scale will may a 140K in my part of Calif.
However a house in Napa will go from 400k to well over a million depending where you live in Napa Valley. My son who is looking for a house to buy said there are no home is Napa Valley for less than 375K at this time.Comment
