Eh I have Fast Food once every now and again. All it takes is a little personal responsibility. Who in their right mind would want to eat Fast Food everyday anyway.

if u are that poor, u probably get food stamp or wic checks. either way, why not go grocery shopping and make ur own food. so much cheaper.

If you're that poor, why the hell would you buy everything at McDonalds? It's cheaper to fix your own food.

I went on a rant about this a year or two ago.

Poor people do have alternatives. They could go to a grocery store and get real food. No one is forcing them to eat at McDonald's. It's not like McDonald's or fast food is the only place to eat. there are many options.

In my city they have a shuttle bus that runs from downtown to a grocery store in a shopping center. So those without transportation do not have to walk far to get good food.

You can make most meals with just a few bucks worth of food from a grocery store. And it makes more than one serving. Usually 6 or 8 servings. That is 6 or 8 meals. McDonald's averages $3 or $4 a meal X 8 is $24 ro $32.

Unless you are saying poor people are so stupid they cannot resist the onslaught of advertising from Mcdonald's and other fast food restaurants, but other people can resist such advertising.

I once lived two weeks on a diet of cereals, fast food (about 2 servings a day) and beer. Lost 4kg (8-9lbs).

The lesson, one assumes, is that what you eat is only part of the picture.

If they're really that poor, they shouldn't be paying for that luxury. Basic point being that anyone who says poor people are forced to eat McDonald's food because of their economic situation is a complete moron.
