South Park, easily. Gotta love Primus.
If you scratch "original," The Wonder Years. Best Beatles cover ever."Beware of the man who works hard to learn something, learns it, and finds himself no wiser than before. He is full of murderous resentment of people who are ignorant without having come by their ignorance the hard way. "

There are too many worthy themes from the 60's and 70's to list here. I would tend to agree with those who mentioned Hawaii Five-O, the piano solo from Incredible Hulk, and even Hogan's Heroes. A personal favorite however is the English show UFO (1969-1970)."And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country. My fellow citizens of the world: ask not what America will do for you, but what together we can do for the freedom of man." -- JFK Inaugural, 1961

Ahh for the days when children's television had real role models. Like two unemployed car thieves, their slut of a cousin, their moonshinin' Uncle and their mate who fences nicked autos.
Still... the local Mayor was corrupt and the local sheriff was in his pocket.
Enos was the only decent man in Hazzard County.Only feebs vote.
