Humans did not make it true, they only found out that it was.

          It's a construct based on made-up axioms. It's no more intrinsically "true" than 1 +1 = 1.

They found a concept to describe their physical surroundings.

The real point is you speak to fundamental truths.

Even fundamental truths (if they exist at all) need a coding or social construct to be processed.

True, but that doesn't mean that the fundamental truth is a social construct, only that we have constructed a way of processing it.

Yes, but you might as well say it is a social construct if:

                1) There is no such thing as a fundamental truth or
                2) that the social construct used to interpret that fundamental truth means the same to person a as it does to person b

The fact that there are external truths does not mean that right exist apart from the human mind.
Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

I'm not arguing that the right to equal treatment isn't a social contract, but that equality isn't a social concept. Things were equal before any human realized it or communicated it to another human.

External, not eternal. With an X.

The equality of humans is a human concept.
