In WWII Germany defeat France in 6 week in 1940. France have more and in some case better tanks than the Germany have, they have than fortist line on the boarder of France. China does have a blue water Navy all they need to do is gain local navy superious for 2 week. China can use other ship to carry men and equipment cross the narrow waterway of 100 miles from China. Plus China can use airpower to drop troops on Titiwan also.

I know that Pakistan use Pu239 for they nuclear bomb not U235.
