i have some tragic news surrounding wesley willis.

he has passed away, the poor genius soul who gave us such gems like i kicked batman's ass, i'm sorry i got fat, and alanis morissette.

last christmas, i gave you my heart,
but the very next day, you gave it away
this year, to save me from tears,
i'll give it to someone special..
ok, I'll remember it right... next Christmas...

                    Silent Night.

                      Joulupukki pökki muoriaan
                      Korvatunturilla innoissaan
                      Mutta muori katala
                      Pukin poissa ollessa
                      Käytti kynttilöitä!

                      Joulupukki, joulupukki
                      Parta katki, silmä puhki
                      Käypä tämme, emme pelkää,
                      isi antaa sulle selkään!
                      Äiti ampuu haulikolla,
                      pikkuveli ilmakolla,
                      Anna lahjat, painu hiiteen,
                      ennenkuin mä lasken viiteen!

I so hate all the christmas carols/songs they play these days. especially all the smiling "buy everything now, bananas now at 1.2 euros per kilo"- version that you have to listen on every corner, supermarket, mall, tv etc. This has been the first christmas that I would just like to skip, or just go to church and have a nice quiet one without all the commercial fuss.

Whams Last christmas is one of the bearable songs tho. And of course Stefus song rocks
joulupukki puree ja lyö is a classic too

Hey, what's wrong with Bing Crosby's 'white christmas'???

I'll go for the Lennon one too though.
