Worst freaking morning EVER!!!!

Im from the Quebec part of the Ottawa region.
Hum Around here, on the highway they will tolerate 15 maybe 20 KPH (dont forget we use kph here )over I guess.
In school zones not more than 10 over 30 thats for sure.
I would say 15 is pretty safe most of the time.
Ive heard lots of ppl get sided for 20 over though around here, maybe its a bit different in your part.
