Well... the series is tied and it will be up to Kerry Wood again. A great series so far.

Oh well - long fly ball by Sosa to end it...

Game five tomorrow. Should be good.

Is Hampton starting for the Braves? Throw away the first part of the 1st inning and he had a phenomenal game 2.

Hampton on short rest versus Wood on regular rest will be the difference. Cubs win, I think (and hope).

Things are getting *interesting* in the Oakland/Boston game. Was Tejada interfered with rounding third there? I think he was...

Ruling was that Tejada was interfered with, but because he didn't keep running we would be out anyway so no run.

And Trot Nixon hits a game winner in the 11th
I did think it was kinda stupid that he said jesus hit it and not him (so jesus is for the sox and not the A's ) but whatever, they won so I'm happy.

                      Bustamike:

It's just a way of thanking God.

Bravo to Boston for not taking the easy route and saying, "Oh, well we tried."

Jeez, how do you people ignore the most exciting series so far? FLORIDA WINS, since Pudge held onto the ball!

Oh, and in the Cubs-Braves series, Julio Franco gives hope to old people everywhere .

Pudge was kickin' ass and taking names in that series.

In the Braves/Cubs game, was it just me or did it look like Smoltz's arm was about to fall off?

Guy is a warrior. Just came off the DL and is already throwing more than he normally does. What a player .

Does the name Jesus Christ appear on the Sox post-season roster? I bet it doesn't ... perhaps the A's should protest against this very suspicious last-instant subsitution?

I'm sorry, but I think Jesus is overrated as a hitter. This lucky homer is just gonna spur on a sports media desperate for a Jewish slugger.
