    Survey Respondents Needed For University Course

    Good evening.

    I am looking for forty individuals, eighteen years of age and older as of August 14th, 2003, and who live in one of the following provinces/states to fill out a twenty-question survey for me for use in a fourth-year university course I am currently taking: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Ontario and Pennsylvania. The topic that I have chosen for my term paper in the course in question, "Risk and The Legal Process", is public perception in the wake of the largest power outage in North American history beginning on the said date. It is through completed surveys that I will be discussing at length in the essay, and from which I will be drawing some conclusions from.

    Hey Dan you think you can make Ming be a little easier on me... I mean 4-5 months banning seems excessive doesn't it?

              Also, we don't whine and moan about "our right to electricity" anywhere near as much as Northerners. Actually, we don't whine about that at all.
