      • When people say that, it means they've run out of proof.

        • I should hope for your own sake, Bodds, that you just enjoy trolling here.

Otherwise you won't go very far in this world.

            • Economists shouldn't attempt things like proofs, it's obviously too much for you.

I enjoyed those benefits for the first seventeen years of my life. Through five of those years I was horribly depressed. Now I'm attempting to change that by making improvements to my life and by taking antidepressants. I don't see why you find the idea of a compromise like that so abhorrent.

                • Because it's a waste of resources - there are better ways to improve your life than by improving your own mere perception of it.

                  • There's also more natural ways of improving your perception, rather than letting a pharmaceutical conglomerate dictate the terms of your happiness.

                    • Good man! Stand up for your principles!

If you find that your friends and family have called the doctor because you're spending 20 hours in bed, you haven't eaten in several days and seem unwilling to talk to people, do the right thing! Puff up your chest like a man and say "Nay! I say nay! For I am a man, and I will cure myself through brisk walks and hobbies!"

What do doctors know anyway? They're all in it.

                      • Please...get over yourself

I'm not talking about the people who have genuine need for these drugs.

Prozac is now the 3 rd largest prescribed drug in the US. Does that mean that tens of millions stay in bed for days at a time, or don't eat for days? Or does it mean that people eat badly, sleep badly, let their egos run wild, and then wonder why they feel like **** all the time? And then they want the quick fix.

A little bit shy? (now called "social anxiety disorder" ) Take paxil. PMS? Take prozac. Kid bouncing off the walls? Cocktail him.

Bodd's and Jac... I have and still am trying natural ways to improve my life. So far they haven't been enough. Now, I'm trying something more. What's wrong with that?
