Oerdin, I think todays incident suggests that the impact Israel has had on the terrorists has been minimal.
I think you overestimate the overall skill of the Arab terrorist. Even their best aren't trained to a very high level - the PIRA, and even some of the UVF are much more skilled. I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) that the Israelis stop a lot more Palestinian attacks than get through. Also take into account that the suicide bombing is a relatively easy terrorist operation; all you need is someone stupid enough to blow themselves up. You don't have to worry about extracting them after the operation is complete, or any other complications (such as unnecessary civilian deaths, as killing civilians is what these terrorists want).
My point is that there is very little skill involved in Palestinian attacks; all they do is use suicide bombers - they have absolutely no variation in their tactics, it's the same thing over and over again. It it not through the skill of their leaders that they prevail, it's a matter of odds. If they use enough suicide bombers, one of them is bound to get through eventually.STDs are like pokemon... you gotta catch them ALL!!!Comment
