The bottom left point of the sign conveniently ends just at the point where it would be obscured by the lady's head. In fact, the sign is just TOO perfectly centered in the picture.
If it is a photoshop, it's a good one, because there is nothing obvious, but it still just looks fake to me.

The letters look softer than the rest of the pic, and the sign is extremely vertical.
