Christianity: The belief that a cosmic Jewish Zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

We are all criminals if given the chance. Anyone that sees an easy way to get to the money will do so.

Does a state that says that most of its citizens are criminals make sense?
are you trying to confess something..
I agree, the state says we are all criminals, but state also lets most of us walk free most of the time. As long as it knows where. And with whom. And why..

Down here in Australia we are certainly all criminals.Any views I may express here are personal and certainly do not in any way reflect the views of my employer. Tis the rising of the moon..
Look, I just don't anymore, okay?

Is it possible in Ausrtalia, AH, to trace back your lineage so that you can find out what your original crime was? That would be really cool.
Some people say, "my ancestors were Poles and Germans." But you could say, "my ancestors were heretics and murderers."Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

NOT TRUE.
The 'all would committ' thing.
At my local community centre/dance hall I once forgot my wallet with $65 and credit cards....FOR TWO DAYS...and it was returned with everything, by mail. That person could've made easy money with zero consequences, but they didn't cause they knew what was right.
A good experiment: Buy a cheap wallet and put 10 dollars in it, and your address and number. 'Forget' it in your local convenience store. See if it is returned to you with the money.
In my opinion there are many good people in the world who will do the right thing regardless of who is or is not watching (and that includes the g o d).
Crime: I believe Socrates was wrong. Sometimes an individual can be ahead of the law, even if it's a democratic, totally legit law. Like copyright, weed, etc.
We have zero moral imperative to obey unjust laws."Wait a minute..this isn''t FAUX dive, it's just a DIVE!"

Re: Are we all criminals?
Technically speaking - if your country supports the idea of innocent until proven guilty - that's exactly what you are, innocent until convicted in a court.Originally posted by OneFootInTheGrave
For example are you a criminal if you commit a crime but you are not caught? Should you be turned in and punished?
Are you a criminal if you use banned substances or drugs like marijuana or you share music with your colleagues?
Does a state that says that most of its citizens are criminals make sense?
As for sharing music - where I stand that's a civil matter, not a criminal one.
Of course this idea of criminalization of all makes sense - to those in charge and intent on retaining their power. Some cry `Allah O Akbar` in the street. And some carry Allah in their heart.

Sucks, doesn't it?Some cry `Allah O Akbar` in the street. And some carry Allah in their heart.
