Of cource they are building a wall, has anyone been able to miss that one?
When it comes to the building of the wall, I guess it's going as expected. The Israelis are so short of land that the space needed for the wall has to be taken from the palestinians. Bad luck for you towelheads, but that's done in order to reach peace.
Yep.
Whether it's good or not, the wall destroys all chances for complete retreat.
I think the Israeli thinking on the strategic level is that no peace plan is going to work(partially because of Israeli intervention, but mainly because terror is so ingrained in the Pal society) and therefore a wall must be built that will contain most Israeli settlements and all strategic zones under Israeli control, while keeping the Pals surrounded in 3-4 enclaves.
Since unlike in Lebanon, Israel will have total control on what goes in and out, the use of missiles is not going to be widespread, so the wall will provide signifactly more safety to all Israelis outside it.
I do not believe that such a huge project is being done just to withdraw from the territories in 3 years because of a peace agreement. It is a long term solution for at least couple decades, or at least that's what I think the planners think.

on top of that, this wall is quite an expensive piece of bollox...
also, this way it's pretty easy to grab the fertile parts, and pieces of lands with a spring or a well.

But then someone will notice in a matter of minutes and react. While it's not unpassable, it's considerably better than the free passage that exists today from most of the West Bank to Israel.

I think things have been slightly less laughable since the "Unlimited Justice" hit
Even "Iraqi Freedom" doesn't come close to such greatness

"unlimited justice" must have originated in a very very sick mind

The road map also presents many problems in Sharon's coalition.
Out of the 68(? more or less) members in the coalition, he has the full support of 15 of Shinui's members. The National Union and the National Religious party who have together ~12 seats oppose, and according to channel 2, 30 out of the 40 Likud knesset members also oppose the plan.
So Sharon will have to invest a lot of effort of keeping the Likudniks loyal.

I don't think we should allow any palestinians to go into Israel while a state is set up. let them get a visa.
Yes. Palestinians should have credit card debt, too.
