I'm talking about the Germans--subject of this thread, Einstein. What are you talking about? And yes, your knowledge of geography and current affairs is correct. Not sure the relevance, though.

UR was responding to muxec, the thread creator, as he is Israeli.

      PLATO:

GP was referring to Germany, not N. Korea.

      Does that clear things up?

Ahh... That does make more sense when you read it that way. Thanks Boris! Sorry GP.

Get rid of the craters filled with raw sewage in Baghdad, and stop twittering about the 'need' to impose a free market on Iraq, then we can talk about North Korea.

Well right now the old command economy (Saddamocracy is gone) so why not replace it with a normal economy. Why replace it with another ****ed up system.

Boris, will you vote for one of my candidates if I vote for you next election? We could install a third person in the daisy chain to make it safer from Kermit inspection.

The Iraqis need stability right now, and foisting a free market economy on them will not provide it. Let a democracy get set up first, and let that decide on the economic policy.

They had stability under Saddam. Let things be a little messy. At least they are not slaves any more. if they want to change it back after we leave, fine. If that chaps your ass, oh well.

muxec, if it comes to the use of force, Germany should be there. In fact, every country formerly split or occupied by communism should be there. This will be payback.

Still, I believe the only way this will descend into the use of force is if NK does not change course and the Chinese give us a green light. However, listening to commentators on TV, it appears that this could happen very soon, months, rather than years.

But, if the worst happens, it would be good to have the help of one or two German divisions.
