While I don't agree with the girl's suit, this is bull****. She should be disqualified from being valedictorian because she physically is incapable of taking PHYS ED, through no fault of her own? No way. I don't think PE should count towards being valedictorian anyway (since you're pretty much graded on showing up, it's stupid to not give the girl credit if she takes another course instead and simply shows up to that one).

If she has the best grades in academic courses, she should be valedictorian, that simple.

Pe is running I expect. It seems to be very important ability of common amecricans. It's like running from policeman, runing from women, running to women. Yes sure. And then they will have title and go to work like game developers AND THEY KNOW NOTHING. It's amazing how dumb could be people that finished college. I actually mean normal people.

Well she have good start as a lawyer. She should forget being nice, however.

You know why in some labs are using lawyers instead of white mice? Mice said they wouldn't do that much dirty work .

Warren Faulk, a lawyer who consulted with Hornstine after she was told her writings were not properly attributed, said she was not given a copy of the ethics standards the Courier-Post claims she violated.
