i've been to many places, both living, and on vacation, including many many many in the us (to many to mention them all) as well as germany, the netherlands, france, switzerland, and south korea.

i've heard wonderful things about malasyia, and i'd like (and am planning on) visiting there sometime soon. i'm planning on making a trip to australia this coming winter. my ultimate vacation would be to north korea. (not as a POW)

I've been to many places. Most of them were disappointments.

yes we have a lake by where I live much bigger than that one.

but for some reason our man made lake isn't as pretty as that one.

I know Banff & Jasper are the "money" destinations, but don't forget Waterton National Park. It's just as beautiful as its northern counterparts, and... you can easily sneak into the United States!

And, lastly, the other National Park in Alberta (discounting Wood Buffalo, because, do you really want to go that far north?): Elk Island.

Sure, it's mountainless. But it's only 1/2 hour from my abode, they have a replica of an Ukrainian pioneer village right next door, and, most importantly, it has...

                      BISON!!!

if you don't know what lake mead is (the hoover dam lake) look at the Pamela Lee and Tommy Lee porn video. That is the lake that boat is on.

It was better, but the level has dropped severely due to drought and states like Arizona, California, and the city of Las Vegas overdrawing water out of the lake/river. We are allowed to overdraw as long as the level doesn't drop below a certain elevation in feet.

If I'm not mistaken then those are natural tree falls. The trees die and get washed into the streams and/or lakes then the wind blows them into piles like that. You see them all over heavily forested mountain areas.
