          Turn 30 to Hextapul

Greece welcomes back Hextapul from his journeys, and sends his turn to him now.

The Welsh mistakenly sent the Australian turn to us without "next-turning" it, so in the interests of keeping the game going, we "next-turned" it ourselves and then played our turn. We assume it makes no difference if we do it, or the Welsh.

...but I want to wish you a happy and easy move to London, Demos!
Not surprising with all that must be on your mind that you might forget a minor detail here!!

Now away until Friday, visiting the various drinking haunts of my subjects. I've heard rumours of a wonderful drink called Absinthe, I'll let you know what happens......

              Please send turns to Lung

Ahhh, the great and powerful Lung,he of tremendous wit and humor. This should be a treat.

We have returned from a refreshing repast in the great North. Never fear, the happenings of this world were never far from our thoughts. We thank Phil for his able leadership.

As for the statement 'Pray for peace, prepare for war', it is an old Incan proverb, steeped in the mists of time. The Incans are a peace-loving people who would never think of attacking anyone, but it is Our experience that other nations do not hold to this ideal of peace, and will attack others without provocation.

So We stay alert...and hope that the other nations of the world emulate a desire to let one another live in peace too.

A peace that does not impose one's beliefs (warped or otherwise) on others.

                Hextapul has spoken

                  Turn 31 to Madrid.

Once again all is peaceful inside the borders of France. Let Purity and Pacifism rule the day in all nations.

Lung is an Australian, an unfortunate condition, and will therefore cause a delay due to timezones. It would help if Mobius Posted his Turn!

The Spanish welcomes the Australian Lung as caretaker of Wales...

Tomas wonders with surprise that Demos should entrust his nation to a countryman of his nearest neighbour...?

Let us hope that Lung does not turn out to be an 'Australian in Sheep's clothing' for Wales' sake... (as well as Lung's too! )

Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

Wow! I didn't think parallel universes could be this strange! Wales and Australia are totally reversed! So what the hell is a Welshman doing running the land of Oz?

Ahhh... A pretender to the Australian soil....This is most unsatisfactory... As we all know Breaker Morant is the rightfull leader of the Australians.... If some upstart Welsh wishes some other claim, it will only come through blood and tears.... Yours I fear...

Having dispensed with the preliminaries... I gave the welsh leave to explore south and East of the Australian teritories. A diplomat at the walls of Sydney was not part of the agreement An emabssy has already been established. If you stay where you are, you will be dutifully, and with all honour expelled to your nearest town. If you run, and try more of your underhanded spying tricks, you will be hunted down and killed (at best).

                            Your Choice.....

                              Turn 31 to Hextapul

After treking through dense forests for days, the city of Darwin is finally within the sight of our Diplomatic party.

We wish to extend the hand of friendship to our neighbours, the Mighty Australians.

We ask your permission to advance to your city walls, where we hope to set up an Embassy. We understand that we have arrived at a time of international unrest, but assure you that our visit is peaceful!

You have the word of Xenophon on that!

Oops! It looks like General Lung is a bit wet behind the ears It's the mighty Stavros who leads the Australians, not Mobius

Please aceept my humblest apologies, Breaker Morant (hey, good choice! Why didn't i think of that one? Check out the movie if you haven't already), about the stray diplomat, who found Sydney quite by accident. General Lung must have got his map upside down again I promise not to screw up ever again
