I forgot to mention that Rabbits rejected our 50g for literature offer. I offered them dyes for free in-game to possibly sweeten them up.

I just noticed that Rabbits accepted the free dyes and are hopping around all colorful since 4 turns already.
We should follow up with another request for Literature vs. 50 gold.

We also want you to know, that the rest of the world is hoping you can hold onto Eisenburg and denying PAL Iron (Pikes, Knights, Curassiers, Cannons, etc.)

@team RB micro - would it make sense for us to ask Banana to throw Feudalism to Rabbits, or would they be better of being able to whip 1 pop archers?

That could come over wrongly. I think Rabbits are doing a great job holding back PAL, considering what they have been through.

But I was thinking as well, that they could be more helpful if we front them a few techs for free.

I am a bit annoyed by Rabbits lack of communication.
They repeatedly turn down our in-game offers for cheap techs, but accept without comment the gifted dyes.
No response to our eMails and PMs either.

I am planning to send the following to their eMail and as much PMs as possible:

Hi Rabbits,
can you please confirm that you received our multiple messages? We are wondering whether your silence is due to some technical issues or if it is intentional. We grow slightly irritated about your lack of response to our messages and in-game trade offers, especially after you accepted the Dyes gift without a comment. Some team members would also like you to remember the gift of Archery early on, that saved your civ from early defeat.
We think you are doing an admirable job in holding out against PAL. We would like to assist you in your struggle. But that means we have to find some means of communications.
Please respond to this in a timely manner. There are interesting developments on the international stage and you should play a role in it.

Yes. Anything that helps.
I believe between Banana and RB we can really tech boost Rabbits to an extent that they can hold their position. A stronger Rabbits could be an alternative to a painful alliance with Imperio. And much more efficient in fighting PAL and leaving us room to expand.

So, if someone catches a Rabbits, make them talk.

I'm just lurking in this game now. I have little or no input in the diplomatic comings and goings of the Rabbits. TheViking is the turnplayer and I don't know if he checks the e-mail account. However, from what I read the last time I was in the private forum some people are irritated towards you since they claim you know we want military techs but only offer civilian techs. I don't know if this is true (I haven't really been paying attention since The Viking took over), see it as a fyi.

Needless to say, that is not the reply we were looking for. Rabbits must be daft if they don't see that we can only offer them Literature & Drama.

Yeah, probably best just to PM theViking and explain that we can only offer literature and drama for now but if they research metal casting then they could pick up machinery from banana and engineering from us. Or if they get monarchy then banana could potentially sell them feudalism.

Also we could extoll the benefits of the heroic epic and offer them some free marble to build it.

I think we tossed them Monarchy, no? I think we can forget about them self-researching anything for the forseeable future. Maybe the best thing we could offer for now is a plan to help them hold out against PAL:

- They have spots for two good cities near their capital, but haven't settled them. These would offset some of their military upkeep. If they give us their expenses, we can surely help them with micro as we did with Banana.

- We should ask Banana to help Rabbits down the Feud-Guilds-Guns line. First up would be to ask Banana to toss them Feudalism for 50g (assuming that they could train both archers and LBs which I'm not sure about). They could then adopt Vassalage.

- We can sell the plan to Banana by stressing the importance of Rabbits denying PAL Iron for as long as possible for their own safety (even though PAL will be angry with Rabbits for helping Rabbits).

- We're not going to get any cash out of Rabbits any time soon under this plan, but what hurts PAL helps us.
