No, not if I continue to fire my Artillery. A truce must be agreed to by both sides, not just the attacker.

The world is now well aware of the German leader's complete lack of ethics and morals. I predicted this would happen a couple of turns ago, and guess what?

For the record, I agreed to a truce as discussed. I had no reason to suspect that formal in-game peace was required to maintain that truce. Certainly that is not something you ever suggested. Yet now you attack again, using that as an excuse.

I think more likely is that you are annoyed that you didn't take the opportunity during the war to cutoff my road system, and have decided to give it another go despite agreeing to a truce.

German, you have no qualities worthy of a great leader. And so history repeats itself, in more ways than one, so it seems
