Too much going on.... I really need to remember to keep notes.

    Offered peace to spain.

Killed 2 SS in the north atlantic by ramming. One was close enough to my carrier that I knew it was there, so we do know that either carriers or fighters can spot them. Just don'k know which one it is for sure... fighters I suspect from what others have said.

Killed in naval engagements 2 italian destroyers in the med. Their remaining BB and CC had better hide, else they will be destroyed SOON!

Killed in naval engagements 1 german cruiser in the english sea.

Bomber runs in former French lands destroyed an important german rail line, and hurt the infantry guarding it. Apparently bombers do NOT have lethal land bombardment as the encyclopedia says they do, else I would have killed the infantry prior to damaging terrain improvements. It would be real nice to have lethal bombardment.

In my bombing runs, one enemy fighter attempted to intercept, and caused significant damage 5/5 to 1/5 on one bomber squad, however our superior english bombers destroyed the sneaky SOB's.

Captured one german artilery in Norway.

    I found a bug.
One of the freighters sunk the previous turn had 6 tank units on it. All 6 units were transported to the closest city. The other transport had 2 units (infantry IIRC) and they went down with the boat. This is a MAJOR balance issue particularly for Germany, as 3/4 of my armed forces are in north america and I need to ship them over. I left the tanks alone, and can easily disband them if that is the will of our fellow players.

I cannot think of anything else that happened. Sorry if I forgot anything.

Save sent to france about 30 minutes ago.

Only naval, it seems. I know a German bomber sunk one English ship.

      A bad bug indeed.
I hope everyone agrees, that they should be disbanded.

I'm fairly sure a Carrier does NOT have it. Athough who in their right mind would have a Carrier without at least 1 fighter performing CAP? Hum, I better make sure I didn't mistake a French Carrier for a Crusier.

I think bombers have lethal naval bombard only as well.

Well, before disbanding them, you might want to start a test MP game to verify it. Just in case you had 6 Tanks in a city and forgot about them.

I think it will be enough for England to load the previous turn. This way it will be easy to see, if 6 Tanks were left in that particular city.

Thanks for the intel on that Trannie, btw.

              Just a nitpick

The diplomatic items 1 thru 4 probably don't need to be advertised. We can find out some of that info thru. the foreign advisor screen, but you might as well make us work for it!

If you gift us all your cities, we'll forgive you for the wine

That would depend upon if the closest city was the port in which he loaded that transport.

The same thing could appear to happen if for some reason GK meant to load 2 Infs and 6 Tanks onto a transport but forgot to actually load the 6 Tanks on board before moving the transport away. Since the only saves in a PBEM are at beginning of turn, that would be impossible to check by loading a previous turn.

The safe way to test is for GK to start up a new PBEM game playing both the Germans and the UK. [Being sure not to look at Europe]

On second thought, I havn't received the game file. (I guess this is why I never noticed it was my turn. Just checking email, not the forum.) The email i recieved from joncunn just stated that the ROP was accepted, but no attachment.

Anyways, Ill play once it is resent.

Turn resent to USSR (ziped up) Yahoo refused to upload it without zipping up.

(Even though winzip was only able to cut 10% off the file size)

Well a few skirmishes, which in true style resulted in soviet casualaties with very little gained. One (useless) village in northern Finland captured. The cavalry division responsible was last sighted feasting on reindeer with the locals.

I mostly attack with Panzers. Do you require me to write down all retreats? The HPs taken in bombardments are totals. Do I need to give details on each unit? Those informations seem less important, and would be very tedious to keep track of.

I have split this into attacked nations, so you get a better picture. The war rages on many fronts indeed.

                                USSR:
                                • Bombing run near Vitsyebsk. Bomber shot down.
                                • Bombing run near Novorossysk. Bomber shot down.
                                • Bombing run near Dnepropetrovsk. Russian Tank damaged.
                                • Naval battle in the Baltic Sea. U-Boot sinks Russian Cruiser.
                                • Attack Brest-Litovsk. 1 Artillery bombardment: missed. Germans lose: 1 Panzer. Russians lose: 3 Infantry, 2 Riflemen, 1 Artillery (captured). Brest-Litovsk captured.
                                • Attack Hrodna. 3 Artillery bombardments: City Walls destroyed, 1 HP taken. Russians lose: 1 Rifleman. No German losses.
                                • Attack the stack near Lasi. 2 Artillery bombardments: 3 HP taken. Russians lose: 2 Infantry, 1 Rifleman, 2 Tanks. No German losses.
                                • Attack the stack near Constanta. 1 Bomber run: 3HP taken. Russians lose: 1 Infantry, 2 Riflemen. No German losses.
                                • Attack the stack near Odessa. 1 Artillery bombardment: 2 HP taken. Russians lose: 1 Rifleman, 1 Cossack. No German losses.
                                • Attack Odessa. 2 Artillery bombardments: 2 HP taken. Russians lose: 1 Infantry, 1 Rifleman. Odessa captured.

                                England:

                                • Naval battle near Alborg. 2 Artillery bombardments (from the shore): 3 HP taken. U-Boot sinks English Transport. German Destroyer sinks English Destroyer.
