MPP's within the game are two way.
For one way agreements [much more aproative for a minor power like Spain], you have to work that out yourself, but do not inform the game about it.
Also note that the two AIs probably consider you to have a damaged rep due to the premature cancelation of the MPP with the UK.
Signing the peace treaty will not cancel your ingame MPP with Germany, so your going to automaticly declare war on the UK again next turn when the UK attacks Germany again.
