My fellow FUMBLERS:

After decades of searching, I still have not found an Iron source anywhere near my lands. Just how many are on this map? I can only see 2 - Sabre's and GC's.....but I'm sure Kloreep has one somewhere too.

isn't it. i thought early republic would help. but unfortunatly it didn't make such a big difference as i had hoped

says the guy with the 7.5 amphibious attack (i know, i know, i keep repeating myself ... but it's true) who cares about 3-attack 2-movers on this map. i consider them "portable shields" (10 shields each). at least SoZ won't be obsolete too soon at our current tech pace

End of turn crash makes me think it's actually caused by something rather than corruption that's gotten in to the file.

IIRC there can be problems with diplomacy treaties ending. Anyone remember the details on that? We had the PTWDG I stuck on a diplo crash for the longest time...

ok, i'll replay. had a bluescreen recently, maybe some bytes where corrupted. i'll get to it tonight, not around a playable c3c version right now...

kloreep: that thing with the diplomacy is possible - i've seen it once before (though i wasn't sure if it was diplomacy reasons). but i'll try this time with another diplomatical path...

replayed slightly different. if it still doesn't work, i'll try again yet another way...

I'm an idiot. I didn't think to check my own diplomacy. It looks like Kloreep-Sabre and Kloreep-Aqua diplo both got corrupted; I can scroll down in the Active screen for both of them, but there's nothing there, just blank space.

Anyway, declaring war on you two seems to work; the turn didn't crash, at east. I sent you guys peace accepted too, so don't worry when you see that.

This is starting to feel like the PTWDG with all the fake wars...
