Well, chaps, *whipping out expensive silk handkerchief and a nice, laquer snuff box, from which I extract a pinch of good ol' snuff to sniff (and sneeze on!)* I have posted in the hut for Diplomatic Reports a copy of the letter I sent off to Neu Theban via my servant Gastronome Neecap. So, do take a look, but then come in here for comments, lest the groundlings soak in too much of our extreme diplomatic brilliance, and lose their heads to popping from too much knowledge floating in.
