Either way it's a sucky map and drfell is right, AH is using it as an equalizer. I'm not sure why these games between AH and markusf are even ongoing since it's obvious who the better player is. But on deity with these maps, who can gain an edge?Comment

Yeah... those maps make the worlds we usually play on with Rah rules look like vast grasslands
On maps like those, three or four free techs would make a BIG difference

When your playing 1x it takes a good 3 or 4 sessions just to get to monarchy. The game is still decided early on but it just takes forever to kill the other guy off because he only builds on hills. Wellthere you go AH, no one plays on your retarded settings!Join the army, travel to foreign countries, meet exotic people -

Oh yes, that is why i refuse to play them again.
Why play a game that takes 3 months to play when you could just as well play it in 2 hours using different settings.Join the army, travel to foreign countries, meet exotic people -

Actually that map was made with changed settings because you-know-who complained.
