The English - great ally from the beginning of time, strong culture, honest: low population, easily intimidated

Ahhh, yes... The Lizard could SEE very clearly...
How did the worlds problems commence?
It started with a few minor SERBIAN skermishes with the TARTARS jostling for a bit of space in Eiurope.
It really started with a great carve up of the new world. The SERBS and English simply divided it up regardless of exploring nations who were hot on their heels. The great Winzity meerly desired a slice of the action, as did the Chinese. But, no, the Treaty of Budvka reigned supreme and all other nations were excluded. Outrageous when you think about it.
But what of the great, eternal alliance with the English?
I ask you. What of it? They had no choice. The Serbs would have cut through them at the time and only English diplomacy saved them... Lizard reflected. The English. I must stand by them, but...
Dangerous manouverings were afoot.
