Reminds me of a story my manager once told me about when he first joined NEC Electronics - a Japanese company based in America. He was in his interview for an "Associate Business Analyst" position and he was asking about the "glass ceiling" at NEC El (the presidents of said company are always expats from Japan).
The interviewers response was: "At this point, you're so low in the chain of command that you can't even see the glass ceiling."badamsComment
