While a good reason, I also found there were fewer people using MoO3 and thus would make browsing the forum a little faster during peak times. It was also the least offensive on the eyes.

On that basis, if file A gets 100 requests and file B gets 1 request, the requester of file B will get their request fulfilled sooner than those requesting file A.

MoO3 is fine by me.
If folk here hate all the choices, why not use your browser to pick a color scheme and set it to "use my colors" for all websites?? If you want hot pink on light blue, or whatever, you can have it.

I'm an adept of the default style, but I have to say that this lighter blue they're using for links is horrible. Dark blue was soooo much better.
But it could be a cunning plan from the admins to "convince" more people to use the other styles...
