Members of the High Council,
This message to announce our answer in the current negotiations regarding the Spartan comlink, 15 energy credits and mapinfo of our continent as known to the Gaian Union in exchange for Applied Physics.
We agree to this deal, and will implement our part of it when seeing that the diplomacy screen is filled with the above mentioned items.
Sincerely,
IT GeoModder

Good- so we put commlink on table with Spartans, and commlink and 15 credits to table with Angels -> I will prepare the screenshot data later this afternoon and notify them that we aquired new technologies.SMAC/X FAQ | Chiron Archives

Plan of Action for 2143
Infiltrate the Hive, and move an assault force towards a Hive city if circumstances are favorable.
Heal northwestern mind worm.
We have two cities finishing supply crawlers, and we need to decide what they should make next. I say colony pods.
More of the same from previous turns.
Finally an image again!

Colony pods, definitely!-- What history has taught us is that people do not learn from history.

Oh and I used your post and put it in the turn reports so that you can easily edit it and add other things (most notable thing - Hive moved a probe towards us).SMAC/X FAQ | Chiron Archives

What he said. Also, careful with infiltration. There will also be a Hive probe to be destroyed (it moved after hitting the end turn).
Also, please do not rely much on me in diplo anymore - I was at college whole day (I can't access Poly from it due to some admin trick with ebrowsers
) and if one of our professors did not stay longer in parliament I wouldn't have gotten couple of hours earlier and finished the turn. We need ambassador to Spartans

Colony pods. This plays to the Gaian's strength - efficiency, and larger number of bases before B-drones.
Also, it looks like we have only 4 formers, or are they stacked? We should have at least 1 per base, and perhaps 1.5 when our mins are better.
Also, where are the crawlers going? Harvest mins? I don't see any forests, which should be a priority for early terraforming since they spread, yielding free terraforming. Forests are also good for crawling before min restrictions are lifted. I like to have at least one extra terraformed tile per base, and start setting up locations for new bases. Then rinse and repeat.
