You are doing well in treading a delicate diplomatic path.
Re if we trade the Gaian Comm link, we give Morgan the opportunity to call Planetary Council. How do they rank in the order of candidates. Would they edge out the Spartans.
I checked, atm the choice would be between Yang and Spartans. But the Morgans have indicatedan interest in Planetary Governor.

I have to log off soon and will not log on again for a five-six hours. If you want the trade and you need to play and post you turn before then I log on again I propose you sending us preapproved:
your world map
the Gaian commlink
Optical Computers
Let me know which one of the commlinks you want from us
Let me know which one of the techs you want from us
We will return preapproved to you:
our world map
the commlink you choose
the tech you choose

Can we trust Morganities? Spartans did not have good experiences as they say, but maybe due to their aggresive policies, like Modo Doctrine
Do we send pre-approved stuff then?

I am interested as well. I would consider that a great achievement in this game for Data Angels to be nominated for Planetary Governor and be elected. We might draw plans for it actually. That would be maybe something like using opportunities. Maybe being the second faction in the nomination, just by collecting votes from the weaker factions, which might prefer our Governorship to that of planetary superpower.
We may try then to increase population more when we can.
Grrr... I'm not overly fond of being the ones to send something preapproved first... especially since that means Morgan can call council before sending us anything.
I'm not conceited, conceit is a fault and I have no faults...
Civ and WoW are my crack... just one... more... turn...

We accept the deal.
Please send us the Gaian commlink, optical computers, and Worldmap preapproved. We will send the Peacekeeper commlink, plasma and our worldmap to you preapproved.

So I did it like that.
We will see soon, what they play with us.
And next time please ask an extension of the turn if such a question comes on short notice so other members can give their opinion. There was no need to rush this deal for us, we've played their game now, and I don't like that.
And please, don't let the governor option go through your head, we're currently 5th in vote levels. Hive has the highest population, followed by the Spartans and the Morgans. Lal has double votes. I don't know his pop level, but since he's about equal to us in the power graph he must have more.
Only the two with the most votes can make a bid for the governorship.

Would Morganities wish to cheat us? I am not sure. They actually may just have 2 colony pods ready for creation of bases giving them 6 more votes - then they have 2 more compared to Spartans. Would they do it? What for cheat us if this would come to them anyway just a turn later.
It is all we can offer - it is little though.
Optical computers - maybe boosting them to Advanced military algorithms. Why to cheat us - if they will get it anyway from us.
If they cheat us - we may break treaty - they loose commerce - several times larger than ours now!. No hope for Pact. Oppinion of running dog. and for what? that we do not have their map and no plasma armor for some time? Doing it what chance they have for Governorship? While having good relations and oppinion some faction might abstain in voting as a gesture, while having bad oppinion the faction might just vote for Yang, he has 88 votes. We do it and Yang has 116 votes. Lal would have to have like 70. Maybe he has. Even if they win, they not necessarily have to cheat us. Spartans seem to grow more in power graph recently than Morganities. Looks like Morganities have some problem keeping up the pace - maybe this is temporary, maybe not so much temporary. I think they have rather little to gain in here by cheating us.
- Peacekeeper commlink,
- Plasma technology
- Morganic World Map
Please note, that by receiving from us our part of agreement on pre-accepted basis you received also our expression of trust towards Morgan Industries. We hope that Morgan Industries will not fail us.

May give them a bit to think, in case they want to play dirty
